Please note: Currently all simulation programs are implemented in C# and only run in Internet Explorer with proper components intalled.

Date Simulator Solver Impluse files should be properly named and put in the "Impulses" folder on the desktop. If "TumorExp.txt" is not on the desktop, the built-in one is used.

Version 2 - Fitness function changed to sum of absolute values of (log10(model prediction)-log10(exp data)). Set log10(exp data) = 0 if exp data = 0.
