and (10) based on an email communication. Version 2  Fitness function changed to sum of absolute values of (log10(model prediction)log10(exp data)). Set log10(exp data) = 0 if exp data = 0. Version 3  Change #1. IL impulse functions are multiplied by the day0 impulse, which used to be only 1s. Function f(x)=(a_1*x^2+b_1*x+1)/(a_2*x^2+b_2*x+1) with parameter values a_1=13.6127, a_2=0.313, b_1=0.8606, b_2=0.6216 are used for IL12 impulses for 10 days. Change #2. When the tumor size (MHCI+ and MHCI) is less than 1.0e7, all tumor compartment variables (equations 815) become zeros, until MHCI gets a new impulse (with a new tumor implant). Version 4  Solved the small value (less than 1e20) issue in numerical solutions and the volt issue.
