Please note: Currently all simulation programs are implemented in C#/ASP.Net and only run with required components installed and impulse/experimental data files in right folders. Please use Internet Explorer/Edge.

New model - Modeling the effect of combination therapy involving Alpha4-1BB, 4-1BB, and IL-12. Please refer to the draft for the model and equations. Impulse files should be placed in the "Impulses" folder on the desktop. Examples - IL, Alpha4-1BB, CMHCIm.

Changes were made to equations (6) and (10) based on an email communication.
Version 2 - Fitness function changed to sum of absolute values of (log10(model prediction)-log10(exp data)). Set log10(exp data) = 0 if exp data = 0.

Version 3 - Change #1. IL impulse functions are multiplied by the day-0 impulse, which used to be only 1s. Function f(x)=(a_1*x^2+b_1*x+1)/(a_2*x^2+b_2*x+1) with parameter values a_1=13.6127, a_2=0.313, b_1=0.8606, b_2=-0.6216 are used for IL12 impulses for 10 days. Change #2. When the tumor size (MHCI+ and MHCI-) is less than 1.0e-7, all tumor compartment variables (equations 8-15) become zeros, until MHCI- gets a new impulse (with a new tumor implant).

Version 4 - Solved the small value (less than 1e-20) issue in numerical solutions and the volt issue.
